Residential Painting FAQ's
It takes about 1.5 to 2.5 weeks for our team to paint an average-sized home that needs only minimal preparations. For larger homes or for more extensive preparation, it takes us about 2.5 to 4 weeks. These estimates depend on weather and how much preparation is required.
Our current booking period is around 2-4 weeks. We can start small jobs on short notice. However, larger jobs need to be booked into our schedule in advance.
Yes. We supply premium paints and materials for all our interior and exterior painting projects.
Yes. We have a $10-million public liability insurance, work cover insurance for our house painters, and a Category 3 residential & commercial painting QBCC license.
12 weeks after a quotation is issued for residential painting projects, body corporate and commercial painting projects are 12 months.
10 years from the date of completion.
We offer an industry-leading warranty that all paints we apply won’t blister, flake or peel for 10 years and if they do we will fix it free of charge.

We are so confident in our quality residential painting service that we will issue it in writing.
Yes, we supply all height access equipment as standard for all our residential painting projects this covers trestles, planks, extension ladders etc.
We can also engage and supply full aluminium tube scaffold for any areas above 5.5 meters or areas with a width less than 1.1 meters.
We accept two (2) major payment methods: EFT and credit card.
When making payments by credit card its important to note that there is a surcharge.
For the safety of our customers and our staff we do not accept cash payments.
No, but we can refer you to our preferred trades list who can undertake residential carpentry repairs.
